Caprese Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 slices thick, crusty bread
  • 3 slices buffalo Mozzarella
  • 3 slices tomato
  • Basil Leaves, Torn

Instructions

  1. Heat grill pan over medium heat. Meanwhile, assemble sandwich, stacking mozzarella, tomato and basil.
  2. Cook sandwich on dry grill pan until grill marks form, 2 to 3 minutes per side. (Flip carefully, as mozzarella will not be fully melted and the sandwich will not be held together by it.)
  3. Slice sandwich in half and serve.
