STEAK CHEESE SALAD
Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 2 steaks
- 1 tbs Worcestershire
- Salt and Pepper
- 3 tbs oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbs red wine vinegar
- 1 bunch watercress trimmed
- 4 cups spinach trimmed chopped
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Heat a skillet. Arrange bacon on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake until crisp 18 min. then chop. Season steak with Worcestershire, salt and pepper, drizzle with oil. Cook to desired doneness. Let rest 5 min. *In a bowl, whisk juice, garlic, mustard, and vinegar, stream in 3 tbs oil, season. Toss greens and onions with dressing, divide among plates. Slice steak. Top greens with steak, bacon and cheese.
