STEAK CHEESE SALAD

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 steaks
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 3 tbs oil
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbs red wine vinegar
  • 1 bunch watercress trimmed
  • 4 cups spinach trimmed chopped
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Heat a skillet. Arrange bacon on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake until crisp 18 min. then chop. Season steak with Worcestershire, salt and pepper, drizzle with oil. Cook to desired doneness. Let rest 5 min. *In a bowl, whisk juice, garlic, mustard, and vinegar, stream in 3 tbs oil, season. Toss greens and onions with dressing, divide among plates. Slice steak. Top greens with steak, bacon and cheese.
