- 1 lb Cream cheese
- 3/4 c Green Onions chopped

Instructions
- Source: My Coworker Faye Soften the cream cheese and mix all the ingredients together in a big bowl until smooth. Form two balls and roll each in pecan. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for couple hours before serving. Serve with Ritz crackers Variation: Shape the mixture like a pineapple half and use pecan halves to create the “skin” and green onion greens for leaves at the top.
