Blue Cheese Wedge Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup buttermilk
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream room temperature
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons Crumbled Blue Cheese Extra to put on top if you like
  • 1 Head Iceberg Lettuce
  • 4 Pieces Bacon Cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 Cup Cherry tomatoes Cut in halves
  • 1/4 Cup Puple Onion Finely Diced

Instructions

  1. Blue Cheese Buttermilk Dressing:
  2. Combine buttermilk, sour cream, garlic, sugar, paprika, salt, and crumbled blue cheese. Mix well.
  3. Cut very cold Iceberg head into wedges. Top each serving with bacon, cherry tomatoes, purple onion, and blue cheese crumbles to taste. You may also like to top with ground black pepper.
