Home made Mac n Cheese
Ingredients
- 8 cups Elbow Macaroni Noodles Large Elbows Cooked
- 6 ounces Velveeta
- 1/3 cup Heavy cream
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese Grated
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup Bread crumbs
Instructions
- 1. Cook macaroni according to directions on the package. I use the large elbow macaroni. Drain and place in a large bowl. Add the olive oil to the noodles and stir.
- 2. In a sauce pan, add Velveeta, heavy cream and butter and heat over medium heat until melted.
- 3. Pour sauce over the macaroni and add the onion powder. Mix well.
- 4. Add macaroni into a 9 by 13 cooking pan. Top with grated cheddar, grated parmesan and bread crumbs. Cook at 300 until the top cheese is melted.
