Home made Mac n Cheese

Ingredients

  • 8 cups Elbow Macaroni Noodles Large Elbows Cooked
  • 6 ounces Velveeta
  • 1/3 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Grated
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook macaroni according to directions on the package. I use the large elbow macaroni. Drain and place in a large bowl. Add the olive oil to the noodles and stir.
  2. 2. In a sauce pan, add Velveeta, heavy cream and butter and heat over medium heat until melted.
  3. 3. Pour sauce over the macaroni and add the onion powder. Mix well.
  4. 4. Add macaroni into a 9 by 13 cooking pan. Top with grated cheddar, grated parmesan and bread crumbs. Cook at 300 until the top cheese is melted.
