Tomato salad with marinated cheese

Ingredients

  • some big ripe tomatoes
  • some pomegranate molasses
  • some raspberry vinegar
  • some feta cheese or other white cheese
  • some Thyme
  • some Olive oil
  • some nigella seeds
  • some Fresh rosemary
  • some small green olives chopped not too small
  • some hazelnuts chopped not too small

Instructions

  1. If cheese is salty, soak in water for a while to get salt out.
  2. Cut cheese in cubes and marinate in olive oil, thyme, chopped rosemary, black pepper and nigella seeds.
  3. Mix dressing of vinegar and molasses. Add to tomatoes. Add some little green olives (chopped if too big). Sprinkle over cheese. Finish with some chopped hazelnuts.
