Tomato salad with marinated cheese
Ingredients
- some big ripe tomatoes
- some pomegranate molasses
- some raspberry vinegar
- some feta cheese or other white cheese
- some Thyme
- some Olive oil
- some nigella seeds
- some Fresh rosemary
- some small green olives chopped not too small
- some hazelnuts chopped not too small
Instructions
- If cheese is salty, soak in water for a while to get salt out.
- Cut cheese in cubes and marinate in olive oil, thyme, chopped rosemary, black pepper and nigella seeds.
- Mix dressing of vinegar and molasses. Add to tomatoes. Add some little green olives (chopped if too big). Sprinkle over cheese. Finish with some chopped hazelnuts.
