Ingredients

  • 2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 small green bell pepper diced
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1 scallion minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. place cottage cheese, bell pepper, & tomato in a small container.
  2. top with scallion, salt, & pepper
