Pub Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 blocks cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar
- 1/4 c. beer
- 1 tbsp. chives
- 1 tsp. caraway seeds
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chives and serve with dippers of your choice.
