Greek Salad With Feta Cheese
Ingredients
- 3 cups Iceberg lettuce shredded or chopped
- 1 cucumber chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 small green bell pepper diced
- 6 green onions sliced
- 4 oz Feta cheese crumbled
- 2 oz Black olives sliced
- 1/4 cup ranch salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing
- 1 Pepperoncini
Instructions
- Chop all vegetables and put into a large bowl. Add feta cheese and olives. Toss gently to combine.
- Combine the ranch salad dressing and Italian salad dressing into a small measuring cup; mix well. Pour dressing over salad and gently toss. Serve with 1 to 2 pepperoncini per serving.
