Greek Salad With Feta Cheese

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Iceberg lettuce shredded or chopped
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 small green bell pepper diced
  • 6 green onions sliced
  • 4 oz Feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 oz Black olives sliced
  • 1/4 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing
  • 1 Pepperoncini

Instructions

  1. Chop all vegetables and put into a large bowl. Add feta cheese and olives. Toss gently to combine.
  2. Combine the ranch salad dressing and Italian salad dressing into a small measuring cup; mix well. Pour dressing over salad and gently toss. Serve with 1 to 2 pepperoncini per serving.
