Party Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
• (2) 8 oz. packages cream cheese
• 1 tablespoon minced green pepper
• 1 tablespoon Onion minced
• 1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon Garlic salt
• dash of cayenne pepper
• dash of salt
• chopped pecans

Instructions

1. Have all ingredients at room temperature. With an electric mixer, blend all ingredients, except pecans, until smooth and creamy. Shape into a ball. Refrigerate until beginning to set, and then roll in pecans. Serve with butter-style crackers or fresh vegetables. Yum!
