Venison Cheese Steaks
Ingredients
- 1 pack Venison Chip Steak
- 2 12“ Hoagie Rolls or Italian Rolls
- 1 pack onions & peppers frozen or 1 fresh white onion
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 pinch Garlic Powder
- 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce
- Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook Venison Chip Steak on a skillet and add the salt, pepper and garlic powder. Then bunch your desired amount into the shape that it will go into the hoagie roll. While it is cooking add sauce on top of the chip steak, then cover with cheese. Once the cheese is almost all melted, get a spatula and plop it into your hoagie roll. Be careful! It’s hot.
