Party Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 16 oz cream cheese softened
• 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
• 1 tbl pimento chopped
• 1 tbl green pepper chopped
• 1 tbl onion finely chopped
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 dash cayene
• 1 dash salt

Instructions

1. Combine softened cream cheese & cheddar cheese, mixing until well blended. Add pimento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire, lemon juice and seasoning. Mix well. Shape into a ball.
2. Roll in chopped pecans, parsley or dried beef.
