Cheese and Shells Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup Small pasta shells
- 4 ounces Cheddar Cheese Cubed or shredded
- 1/2 cup Carrots shaved
- 1/2 Green pepper diced
- 1/3 cup Reduced fat Miracle Whip
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Honey Mustard dressing
Instructions
- Cook pasta as directed. Drain; rinse in cold water.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix remaining salad ingredients.
- In small bowl, mix dressing ingredients until well blended.
- Gently stir cooked pasta with salad ingredients with dressing; toss gently to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour before serving.
