Cheese and Shells Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Small pasta shells
  • 4 ounces Cheddar Cheese Cubed or shredded
  • 1/2 cup Carrots shaved
  • 1/2 Green pepper diced
  • 1/3 cup Reduced fat Miracle Whip
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey Mustard dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta as directed. Drain; rinse in cold water.
  2. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix remaining salad ingredients.
  3. In small bowl, mix dressing ingredients until well blended.
  4. Gently stir cooked pasta with salad ingredients with dressing; toss gently to coat.
  5. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour before serving.
